Vanessa E. Wyche is the director of NASA's Johnson Space Center, home to America's astronaut corps, Mission Control Center, International Space Station, Orion and Gateway programs and its more than 10,000 civil service and contractor employees. She is responsible for overseeing a broad range of human spaceflight activities, including development and operation of human spacecraft, commercialization of low-Earth orbit.
Wyche previously served as deputy director at Johnson, a position she held since 2018. Other key leadership positions include: assistant and acting deputy director of Johnson; director of the Exploration Integration and Science Directorate, flight manager of several missions of the retired Space Shuttle Program, executive officer in the Office of the NASA Administrator, and led additional center-level technical and program organizations. A native of South Carolina, Wyche earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and Master of Science in Bioengineering from Clemson University.
Kathleen Merrill serves as Southwest Airlines' Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer. Kathleen's key responsibilities include the delivery of the company's enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and oversight of all technology products and services.
During her tenure at Southwest, Kathleen has led significant strategic initiatives, including the launch of international services, the development of Southwest's "Must Win" Strategy, the integration of AirTran systems into Southwest, the implementation of the All New Rapid Rewards Program, and most recently, the launch of Southwest's new reservation system.
Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of North Texas, Denton, Texas.
Claire Vishik is an Intel Fellow and CTO of Intel GGA (Global Government Relations) group. Her work focuses on Artificial Intelligence, hardware and network security, Trusted Computing, privacy enhancing technologies, some aspects of cryptography and related global policy and trade issues.
Claire is on the Board of Directors of the Trusted Computing Group and TDL (Trust in Digital Life), co-chair of IEEE effort on blockchain, and adviser on numerous international research and policy initiatives, such as CyBoK , Queens University Belfast ECIT and the Imperial College Computing in the UK or the NSF Personal Data Protection Center at the University of California at Irvine.
She served on high level expert and advisory boards, e.g., ENISA (European Network and Information Security Agency) in 2007-2018. Claire was among the researchers who introduced commonly adopted concepts, such as “risk engineering” or “integrated trustworthiness,” that helped examine complex technology areas.
Claire received her PhD from the University of Texas at Austin. Prior to joining Intel, she held leadership positions at Schlumberger Laboratory for Computer Science and AT&T Laboratories. Claire is the author of numerous peer reviewed papers and book chapters, editor of several books, associate editor of two scientific journals, and inventor on 30+ pending and granted US patents.
Krithika is a senior solutions architect who loves to put together frugal, secure, configurable, modular, and scalable foundational solutions for the various lines of business at Citi. In her current role, she and her team are responsible for setting the technology strategy for the consumer bank’s identity verification solutions.
After receiving her Masters degree in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Arlington, Krithika started her career as a developer and has progressively acquired a diverse technology background with roles in middleware, strategy, disaster recovery and enterprise architecture. She also has a patent pending for a platform solution.
Krithika is also an avid night-sky watcher and has identified 86 of the 110+ Messier objects, of which M45 or Pleiades Star Cluster is her favorite.
Debbie is a technology industry veteran who has driven innovation, revenue, and strong, collaborative leadership teams for some of the world’s foremost technology companies. Today, she leads B2B sales teams, Sales Strategy and Operations, Marketing, Business Development, and Customer Experience at Dropbox.
As a sales, marketing, and operations leader with more than 30 years of experience in the technology industry, she offers deep insights into executing and delivering consistent results in fast-paced, ever-evolving, global, customer-driven businesses. She is considered a strategic innovator and is a passionate advocate for non-traditional approaches.
Debbie is a frequent panelist and speaker who has been named a Channel Chief and was recognized as one of the Women of the Channel by Channel Reseller News.
Before Dropbox, Debbie held roles at Microsoft, Cisco, HP, and Dell.
Nickoria is Credera's Chief Diversity Officer and a Partner on their executive leadership team. As Chief Diversity Officer at Credera, Nickoria is responsible for accelerating the mission of amplifying voices of underrepresented groups and synergizing diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts toward unified goals to ensure accessibility, focus, and visibility of DE&I for the firm. Prior to this role, Nickoria served as a Principal in the Management Consulting practice for two years, leading the firm's go-to-market strategy for program leadership and change leadership. She is a seasoned technology leader for over 25 years, with global experience leading large-scale IT strategic transformation efforts, modernizing portfolio management and IT governance processes, defining and implementing change management initiatives, and establishing deep partnerships across business teams and vendor partners.
Fun fact: Outside of the office, Nickoria is a passionate advocate for Girls in STEM and enjoys mentoring and coaching a student dance team in her spare time.
Brooke Grammier earned a BS in Computer and Information Science from the University of Houston in 2002, and a MBA in Technology Management in 2017. Brooke worked her way up the IT ranks with international Architecture, Design, Engineering and Project Management firm Leo A Daly over the first 15 years of her career before moving to the CIO role with DLR Group 3 years ago in the same industry.
As the CIO on DLR's executive team, Brooke works globally across the enterprise collaborating with Design, Operational, Practice, and Technology leaders and teams to formulate a strategic vision for technology at DLR Group.
Accountable for the delivery of business solutions to increase productivity and operational efficiencies, Brooke’s team tracks new technologies and develops innovative products to better serve the needs of DLR Group’s integrated design teams, clients, and ultimately, the people who utilize the spaces they create.
Brooke has moved traditional infrastructures to leading-edge cloud technologies, rapidly transformed Technology organizations with her talent for finding the right people to build diverse, high-performance teams, and leveraged IoT, AI, ML, Data Lakes, and advanced analytics to uncover insights leading to business success in unforeseen areas.
Beyond her day-to-day work with DLR, Brooke is active in AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) organizations where she is leading industry efforts to utilize data in ways that inform better decision making and drive innovation that elevates the entire industry. She is also active in mentorship programs benefiting high school students in the Houston area through the EFTA.
Brooke has a passion for leadership development fueled by the constant challenge of rapid change in the AEC industry and is active in mentoring and developing new leaders.
Sandhya Sridharan is the firm's Head of Core Engineering and the General Manager of the Core Development Product Line at JPMorgan Chase. She leads teams of developers to ensure security, scalability, and autonomy with intelligence built in at every stage.
Sandhya has been an Advisory Board Member for Women Who Code since 2017.
In Sandhya's former role as Vice President of Engineering at VMware, she led product development, developer platform and SRE practices for VMware's Cloud Management Business Unit.
She received her Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Technology from University of Mysore and also attended the UC Berkeley College of Engineering for the Engineering Leadership Professional Program. In her spare time, Sandhya loves to cook, hike, read and play board games with her family and friends.

Shamla Naidoo is a technology industry veteran with experience helping businesses across diverse sectors and cultures use technology more effectively. She has successfully embraced and led digital strategy in executive leadership roles such as Global CISO, CIO, VP, and Managing Partner, at companies like IBM, Anthem (Wellpoint), Marriott (Starwood), and Northern Trust.
Shamla has helped organizations in over 20 countries recognize the impact of digital transformation globally and advise their stakeholders on predicting and navigating the necessary changes in laws and regulations. In addition, she has worked with intelligence communities to use digital and cyber within their organizations to protect businesses and society from technology misuse. Shamla remains actively engaged in the industry, with organizations like the Security Advisor Alliance, the Shared Security Assessments Group, Institute for Applied Network Security (IANS), Executive Women's Forum (EWF), HMG Strategy Group, and the Round Table Network.
In addition, she is an influential member of the legal community, creating and teaching courses on law, technology, and privacy for the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law. She frequently speaks at the American Bar Association and formerly served as the Committee Chair on Legal Technology for the Illinois State Bar Association. As a practitioner, teacher and coach, she enjoys the opportunity to help seasoned professionals to take their careers to the next level.
