Please note we will not be able to transfer the name on the ticket during day 2 of the event if the original ticket holder has checked in on day 1.
When will I receive/collect my pass?
You will be able collect your event pass on day 1 of the event during registration at the registration desks. There will also be staff available at all times on the registration desk over the two days if you are not able to make it during the allotted time on day 1.
I have special dietary requirements, will these be catered for?
We will cater for a number of dietary requirements during the event, including: vegetarian, vegan & halal. If you have any further dietary requirements or allergies please email firstname.lastname@example.org no later than a week before the event to ensure this has been catered for.
The workshop I wanted is fully booked. Will it be available to view after the event?
Workshops will not be recorded during the event so you will be unable to watch this post event. Please ensure you book in your workshops as soon as possible when they become available to avoid disappointment.
